That also happened to me we had a black lab named shadowthat ran away so we got a choclate lab that still thinks she is a puppy and that makes her hard to train shes only a year. but shes realy a fast runner not as fast as a car.

If you are having a hard time training lexus then mabe you should think about taking her to dog obediebce classes. If you still want to train her at home then before you start trining her, mabe take her for a short walk, and throw her a few tennis balls. That way she won't be as active and she will pay more attention to you.
