Spay or Neuter - An Important Decision For Your Dog and Our Planet!It seems like such a simple thing, but the decision to spay or neuter your dog is a big deal. Unless you are a professional breeder, please consider spaying or neutering your dog right away, perhaps even before you bring him or her home. The overpopulation of homeless dogs, many who are the puppies of unspayed females, crowd our shelters. The sad fact is that many of these dogs are euthanized because there are not enough people adopting from the shelters to keep up with the huge population of dogs that result from unplanned litters. Un-neutered males, who can sometimes get outside without their family's knowledge, can impregnate a female dog accidentally. Unplanned-for puppies contribute to the horrible overcrowding of dogs in this country and all over the world. On this page, we will share some public service announcements, some of which are very funny videos, but their message is strong. If you care about your dogs, and the state of dogs in the world in general, you will take this important step and spay or neuter your animals.
